由中国科学技术协会“海智计划”资助，正规ag线上真人和甘肃省科学技术协会共同主办的“第一届寒区旱区水环境国际论坛”定于2020年10月16至18日在甘肃省兰州市召开。会议在17号上午为大会报告，下午为水资源调控及高效利用、流域水循环与水文生态、寒旱区环境健康风险与综合治理、流域环境管理与高质量发展4个分会场报告，围绕寒区旱区水资源、水环境、水生态、水安全、水经济的综合管理及治理新理念、新技术、新方法展开对话与讨论。本次论坛邀请到中国工程院院士、中国水利水电科学院名誉所长王浩，美国约翰霍普金斯大学、法国国家农业、食品和环境研究所、西班牙雷胡安·卡洛斯大学、爱尔兰都柏林大学等国际专家，以及国内外相关领域知名专家学者、协会领导和行业企业家共同出席。
